SPARKS Apprentice Electrician of the Year Competition 2010
Sponsored by Electricfix in association with NICEIC
Electricfix, the specialist electrical trade-only supplier, is the proud sponsor of the new Sparks Apprentice Electrician of the Year Competition.
As part of its ongoing commitment to professionalism and high standards in the electrical industry, Electricfix is supporting the search for the nation’s best electrical apprentice.
“Sponsoring the Sparks Apprentice Electrician of the Year reflects our commitment to supporting professionalism in the electrical industry. Electricfix is built around providing the best possible service to contractors who are able to prove that they are qualified. We do this through the range of products we carry, their availability, the efficiency of our delivery and our pricing,” said John Mewett, marketing director for Electricfix.
The Electricfix catalogue offers electricians easy access to the products and trade brands they use every day. Supplies are available for order over the phone for up to 13 hours a day, seven days a week and can be delivered free to site by 10.30am the next day*. Electricfix prices are fixed for the duration of the catalogue and are highly competitive compared to other wholesalers. This means electricians know they are always getting great low prices irrespective of who they know, or where or when they buy.
To ensure Electricfix remains exclusively for electrical contractors and to encourage professionalism and high standards, it has teamed-up with the major trade organisations.
Customers purchasing through Electricfix are asked to provide proof of electrical competency. This can be done by proving their registration with an electrical trade body, such as the NICEIC, Select or ECA or their certification under Part P, or membership of a recognised competent persons scheme such as the Electrotechnical Certification Scheme.
Electricfix’s order line – 0808 172 7000 – is open seven days a week from 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday; 8am to 6pm on Saturdays and 10am to 6pm on Sundays.
*Minimum order value for delivery is £50. Free delivery pre-10.30am is subject to a minimum order value of £200.
